In 2012, Anne became acquainted with Destiny Reflection while living in Kolkata. During her time in India, she worked with an organization that rescues victims of human trafficking. Destiny Reflection was one of the few organizations that provided vocational training to the trafficking survivors. Anne watched Destiny Reflection fill a vacuum of unmet needs as it provided emotional support to survivors of sex trafficking, as well training for employment. Anne continues to be impressed by the quality of Destiny Reflection’s products and sells them locally in California. Anne is a pediatric occupational therapist and enjoys her work as it enables her to volunteer abroad in many capacities.
